Put simply: The D-Vise squeezes the end of the barrel. The barrel squeezes the projectile as it leaves. The extra squeeze provides better guidance. Better guidance = better accuracy downrange.

This is pretty loaded question. Honestly, the correct answer is that “it depends” on a bunch of variables. Here’s a couple of examples: inexpensive deer rifles with factory ammo tend to improve the most with group reductions around 30-70%. If you start with a better rifle and high quality reloads, improvements tend be more mild, around 15%-30%. This is based on our extensive testing. YMMV.
